It will be raised at the very center of Bocaue, Bulacan near NLEX (north Luzon expressway). It will be very visible, this "biggest infrastructure of its kind in the world." Apart from building the dome sports complex will also be a 330 bed capacity hospital, a school and other edifice which will be built altogether at one time. What was left of our time we have to use in praising Him. We should all hurry and be in our wake to do everything to His greater glory. And that is the primary objective for this ambitious but now a reality project, to Glorify God.

The Philippine Arena is expected to be a pride of the Philippines. The Church Administration offers the rise of this arena to the Lord God but is also pushing forth the success of its opening for the country and for the whole world. It is not a surprise that at such an early time, merely the grand breaking yet, and many contractors from different parts of the world already are extending interest to hold international competitions, shows, and different events in it.

This certainly is worth waiting for. July 27, 2014 will be the 100^th year anniversary of the Church Of Christ. And just as timely will be the rise of this interesting arena the world just have to see.

I tried to do some visiting back to visitors in my blogs...BTW, thank you so much everyone for continues patronage of my 5 blogs. Sorry, my schedule's too tight the past few months. I will TRY t visit everyone (oh how i wish i can...but 'll really try).

To continue...as I was doing my rounds, I came upon this new friend who posted about a very informative post about a VIRUS. It says to eat up your Hard Disk C drive. That this has been in the CNN news and that YOU SHOULD BE VERY CAREFUL IN OPENING EMAIL MESSAGES. Whether you receive this from a known individual or not, when you see the "BLACK MUSLIM IN THE WHITE HOUSE" attachment, delete it right away and restart your computer.

The world is truly getting worse. People are getting more and more selfish by the minute. Imagine this virus spreading for what? They are harming computers just for the heck of it?! It will not even benefit them. Unless they are those producing computers and their goal is for people to lose their computers and buy another. But there's just so many competition that they don't even know if it will be them benefiting from that selfish act or their competitor. JUST THINKING OUT LOUD, mind you. Because I really can't digest this occurrences and who are responsible for it. Do you have an idea? Who do you think do this and why?

I LOVE SBARRO! But is it really saying goodbye?

It makes me panic to know that Sbarro Inc. have filed for bankruptcy protections. Thinking of their salivating pizza's, pasta's and all other Italian dishes they serve, it really is a loss if they finally decide to close up.

I just can't believe that in every corner of the world, its getting harder and harder to live by. Even big companies and rich countries are affected by recession. Imagine Sbarro having a total asset of $471 million and about $486 million in debt?! Management says its due to the increase in cheese and flour plus the drop in mall traffic that hurts Sbarro the most. Good news is they have plans of reorganizing and that they have come up with half of the debt to get rid of it. There will be restructuring and hopefully things will work out well for them. With approximately 5000 employees in all 40 coutries it is operations, they better make it work!!! NOT FORGETTING THE FACT THAT PEOPLE LIKE ME LOVES THEM WAY TOO MUCH...THEY JUST CAN'T LEAVE!!!

2011 EARTHQUAKES

The year 2011 have just started. A mere two months and there already are great devastations that have more than just poked us to awareness of how the world is rushing to its end.

Just recently, February 22, Christchurch in New Zealand has been rocked by a 6.3 magnitude quake that left residents palpitating with agitation. This had been a thought of effect from a greater quake a few months back (September 2010) which have lesser casualities and destruction since previously it came at dawn while it was during lunch time when it came this February. Most are out in the market, in the malls, schools, offices, and many other places other than home, which points to the reason why there have been many fatalities now than before. The quake is said to be the second-deadliest natural disaster in New Zealand.

People from all over the world are still thinking of the said disaster when another stuck the earth which actually are more tremendous, more overwhelming, more consuming...leaving people more affected and in shock. Japan earthquake in March 11 did not only take thousands of lives with the collapsing buildings, giving away of bridges, falling debris or whatever appalling occurrences that happens during an earthquake, but the most powerful 9.0 magnitude quake that have hit Japan triggered a Tsunami that claimed more lives than the quake should have taken. Major damage was done to the country. It went inland taking with it cars, houses, buildings, anything it passes on...occupied more probably than not. And it is not the end of it. Nuclear meltdown are being feared as well country wide, and world wide.

And we are just 3 months starting 2011. These are most heard of devastations, do not forget those smaller scaled disasters. Some you hear in the news right away, some you hear from word of mouth. It does not also end in natural disasters alone. There are man made problems. The thing is....every one of the consequences man faces. And we have no choice on the matter. We have no way of avoiding the fact that we may be heading to the END.

We have to be more realistic now. We have to choose to continue living after we perish the short stay here on earth. HOW? By living the last of our days RIGHT!!! Choose our fate with faith!!!

To all foreigners who will be watching, bear with the native dialect. Listen to the voice. You will agree with me that soon...he will not be a mere contestant. WATCH AND LISTEN before you think of moving on. She may not be known worldwide yet, but she is worth being known as much. This lady started from way below...but reached the top. Angeline Quinto, ever first winner of the Star Power raged the country far and wide with her magnificently astonishing voice. See two of my favorites of her renditions...

FIRST (Don't Cry Out Loud) when she was still beginning in her ladder to stardom. Still looking so young, fragile and unsure of herself backstage but with unbreakable voice onstage...

...and SECOND (What Kind of Fool Am I) when she proved yet again that she rightly deserve being declared the winner and be broad casted to the world. She gave me goosebumps, she made me cry each time I listen tothis...and she even broke the speaker with that remarkably high notes. If only there will be a repeat performance of this just so everybody can hear it as it should be. She deserved to be the next to be featured in Ellen Degeneres and Oprah shows. TO SEE AND HEAR TO BELIEVE...SO GO ON, WATCH AND LISTEN!!!

It has never once crossed my mind since I am old enough to think that I will not go to college. It is something that has been there. An accepted fact that I will graduate. It is a goal, and considered an achievement to be able to pass and graduate college. And those who were not able to are pitied, and those who by choice do not want to finish it gets raised brows from almost everyone else.

It is said to be the inheritance every parent can give their child no matter their status in life. Education is something every individual treasures. And may they go to a known university, to sixth form college london, or to provincial schools, you still top those who never went to college. You get to be hired in better companies if you have diploma. You get higher rate of being chosen over another applicant. You have better opportunities. You can have better life.

But its not just going to college. You also have to make sure of the college you're going to. It has to give you solid foundation. If possible, choose the best that you can possibly choose.

"RED WINE FOR A HEALTHY HEART"...I am sure you have heard of this a couple of times already. And study upon study have been trying to pinpoint what is it in red wine that is said to be good for the heart.

An Anti-oxidant called flavonoids and a substance called resveratrol are the focus of researchers. They believe these to have heart benefits but says also to be having mixed results. That the alcohol in red wine in itself is beneficial as compared to other alcohol containing beverages though at times results show it's no better than what is in beer. If you asked some medical practitioners and dietitians, me included, I opt for the people not to start consuming alcohol if not truly a drinker. Those anti-oxidants are present in other foods anyway. Flavonoids can be found in oranges, apples, onions, tea, cocoa and grape juice. Or at least not until the study has been proven fact especially to those individuals with health concerns like high triglyceride, high sugar and high cholesterol levels.

But IF it is "CHOOSING BETWEEN LESSER EVIL", red wine is the best option. A case of wine over a case of beer for a certain occasion...but be sure to drink in moderation. At least you will have the chance of preventing blood clots, damage to blood vessels and reduction of bad cholesterol over the kidney problems and beer belly's from the beer.

I am in Asia...and I honestly can say that we are lucky to be in the tropics. We don't have too cold nor too hot weather. I imagine all those other places when they are constantly having very high temperature. Like in the middle east dessert when they are next to burning with too much heat, and in the arctic when they are also next to burning with too much cold.

I have to admit though that I have this dream of going to Canada. I like the snow, I like the place, I like the white people...but when I think of the tragedies, the natural calamities, the signs that the earth is nearing its destruction, I decided that I prefer to be here when trouble comes and the electricity will not work. Imagine being in such a cold climate and you cannot survive without the heater. I would rather be hot and sticky but surviving. I can fan myself. I will be irritated for sure, but alive.

There are times that I sit at a park and look around me...I see people of different age hurrying along doing their normal day to day activities. I observe them portraying different stations in life with their wardrobes or even the way they carry themselves. Everything seems in order. The world seems peaceful.

But the media discloses how bad the world turned out to be. They make you witness crime after crime that sometimes you can hardly cope up. You cannot begin to imagine such a thing can be done nor can you swallow the fact that you are within the same circle as these animals that God actually created to be human beings. They come up with various ways to raise themselves above others, ways to intentionally harm others, ways to use another for their own benefit regardless of who, how, when, where and why they do so. From rich and powerful individuals to poor and lowly commoners...they have their own ways of being ruled by the devil.

I know of someone who shamefully used her power to her own advantage. She unwittingly dangled her name to probable disgrace when found out but she was blinded by vanity, by money. She failed to care for the teachings, she ignored what is right, she disregarded the norms of the society. She and her family may have enjoyed the fruit of the dishonesty for a few months but now is paying the debt with humiliation and damage in reputation for the deed cannot stay unknown. No secret can be left hidden for so long, there always is a leak.

The wicked will do everything to succeed, they will use everything and say anything to win. And they usually target the weak, and abuse the righteous. It is truly sad when I have heard that the Brotherhood we so value at church had been breached yesterday. A brother was deceived into believing that he is helping another brother in need. He was misled with a sorrowful story of a child who recently had died of Dengue and the father needing cash for paying of debts. He was told of one lie after another. Deceiver "Michael Reyes" even entered the church premises being introduced to many other brethren saying he is from another locale, this and that, then pretended to bring our brother and his family to a place to pay the debtor with part of the cash as payment to a non-existent laptop only to find out hours after that the supposed office door is actually a car park exit. These types of crimes are known in varying classifications depending on their style, "budol-budol gang", "dugo-dugo gang", "akyat-bahay gang"...probably differently called in different languages but they all are the same - CRUEL, SELFISH, SINFUL, ROTTEN, EVIL!

Purely EVIL!

Being in the medical field, I opt for older boss. Years of additional knowledge and experience that he/she have will benefit my own learning and guidance. Though it will be truly nice to get that from the younger generation if there is one who have the same even in younger years...I have yet to see someone with such gift that still have his/her feet firmly rooted to the ground. More often than not, those given position or power tends to put it in their heads and take advantage of what they have. It also is not often that what they know will be shared to you for fear of being over-powered. Unlike those in the older generations...they know that they had their time and will be glad to pass it on to the next generation.

Something educational. That is my goal all the time whenever I think of a gift to give to kids. They would love you for toys, and they would love you for something nice and educational as well. And you're loving them more with that because you are helping them more than making them happy.

REMEMBER WITH...photobooks.

My best friend got married last December and one of the best things I admired is her guestbook. It is a book-binded collection of her and her hubby's, and we signed around those very nice dark photos with a silver pen. And I thought, "It doesn't have to be a wedding guest book alone". We can have those photobooks on any occasion. It is sturdy, it is lasting. The images and print were superb...and it is very unique.

I imagine every occasion our family has in photobooks stacked neatly in our receiving area. It will be a wonderful treat to my visitors...and it will also be in yours.

This is one of my favorite songs by Patti Austin. The original is beautiful enough but Patti
Austin's version made it all the more favorable to me. It's more full of intensitys, the rhythm is more apt I believe...the totality just gives me the feeling that the song is being sung from my heart.

And this rendition given by one of the contestants of the famous Star Power that I favored the most, K-La is worth a standing ovation. She did it very well that one would think that she is already a professional. Not only does she have a beautiful voice, she have a face people would love to watch in television. I even picture her in the Sunday's most awaited show A.S.A.P. already. Her wit, her charm, her voice...the over-all her is worth more than just being declared the Star Power Champion come February. All 5 remaining contestants have beautiful voices, but not all of them have what it takes to be a star except for two K-La and next in line, Krissel.

NEW FISH FOR THE NEW YEAR

After the last of our cichlids passed away last December...I decided to have a month at least to be in mourning (hehehe). Well, actually since there is no fish it is just timely that I had to empty the aquarium so we will be able to move it...to rearrange the house.

And so, now that I am pleased with the new set up of our porch it is time to have it cleaned and filled. Then bought 4 green turning red Jewels and 4 blue Parrot fishes. They are a bit shy still and only comes out after I hid way out of their vision. Hopefully soon we can enjoy each other and get the chance to have a photo of them and not in hiding.

We all have different ways of spending time with our family. Some prefers to be indoors to have intimate get-together's and some would have them at holiday parks.

These past years, I see more and more people being outdoor. I believe they find it more enjoyable to the whole family to have a change of surroundings, to have more choices of things to do than the usual at-home activities and to broaden their experiences together. Exploring other places gives new excitement and everybody being vulnerable to it makes it something heartwarming thus a more treasure-able experience.

Try it one time and realize you will be craving for it all the time!!! You either jump countries and see each magnificent landscape each time by renting out villas or cottages...or you can rent out a boat and enjoy the sun and the waters. So much fun ideas...I for one am hoping to try one real soon!

15 YEARS AGO THEIR LIVES ARE LIVED AS IT WAS GIVEN THEM. THEY ARE AT PEACE WITH THEMSELVES KNOWING THAT THEY ARE LIVING IT WITH THEIR LOVE ONES, THEY ARE LIVING IT AS THEY WANT TO. BUT ONE NIGHT 15 YEARS AGO IT JUST SUDDENLY CHANGED...THEY WERE ROBBED OF THE CHANCE TO LIVE IT AS THEY SHOULD. THEY WERE CHEATED. THEY WERE GIVEN NO OTHER CHOICE.

June 30, 1991 I was celebrating my birthday. I cannot recall anymore where I am or what I am doing that very night except that I know I am feeling better than any days since it is my day. Unknown to me at that time that on other parts of the city there are families in chaos due to a later claimed to be a very controversial family massacre. The Vizconde Massacre where a 47 year old mother was stabbed 13 times, a 7 year old daughter stabbed 19 times and an 18 year old elder daughter raped first then stabbed 17 times. The father, Lauro Vizconde was at the United States that time for a business and so was tremendously pained to come home to crime that murdered his whole family.

Four long years, the case remained unresolved. Until witnesses came out to give another round of pandemonium to more families, the families of the accused. Rich and influential families, the reason why this became a such a sensational crime. Hubert Webb, son of actor/former basketball player/former Senator Freddie Webb; Antonio Lejano II, son of actress-singer Pinky de Leon and nephew of actor Christopher de Leon; Hospicio Fernandez, son of a retired commodore; Michael Gatchalian and Miguel Rodriguez, sons of prominent lawyers; Peter Estrada, son of a wealthy businessman, Joey Filart, believed to be related to former National Capital Region Command chief Marino Filart; and Artemio Ventura, son of a wealthy businessman. The star witness claims to be with the gang when they did the crime. She is a girlfriend to one of the accused and so was able to name all the members. It was claimed that they were all under the influence of drugs at that time and that the primary reason for going to the victims house is to rape the 18 year old, and that the star witness was needed so as to be all allowed entrance by the mother, she being a girl. Other witnesses backed up the allegation, like the maid who washed the blood stained shirt, the guard who guards the gate when the accused came that night, a former girl friend of a policeman who said to have covered up the crime, etc... but there were also counter witnesses that testified to give doubts to the presence of the accused Webb in the country when the crime happened.

The Judge to have been on the case have convicted the suspects according to the testimonies of presented witnesses and the given proofs with a LIFE SENTENCE. The remaining Vizconde family member felt his family "somehow" found justice believing that it is not enough for what was done to his family. The families of the accused felt that justice should be served. That they should not the ones to be paying for something others have done. The witnesses to have testified felt relief from the bugging of their conscience and be free of their fear for speaking.

Yesterday, December 14, 2010, after 15 long years THE WHEELS HAVE TURNED. All the accused have been released and was proclaimed innocent. Imagine losing almost half of your life inside a jail?! And they are not common people. They are used to all the comforts of life, they are cared and pampered. They felt violated and cheated. What rotten luck, what rotten justice! On the other side, the father of the deceased once again found himself in a tremendous pain. He was robbed of that temporary insufficient justice given him for the loss of his love ones and on how they perished. JUSTICE here on earth seems to be fading. It seems that it is now gained through wealth and not by the truth.

WHO HAVE THE RIGHT TO SHOUT FOR JUSTICE HERE THEN? Those wrongly accused? Those whose family has been violated and killed mercilessly? Who is telling the truth?

I have been told by most visitor friends from other countries that our Philippine Malls are truly commendable. Personally, I find it highly delightful to shop in our malls...and I am truly glad that I have the access to these malls anytime I want to.

The best place for me is the interconnecting malls in Makati. The Greenbelt, The Glorietta, The Landmark and The Shoe Mart Makati Area is where I frequent. They have ranging prices, both for those seeking branded items to low cost for the masses. Not only will you be enjoying the spirit of shopping mingling with the people coming from the high end society, the office girls and boys, the foreigners, or simply those people you would rather be facing up front; but you will also be loving the ambiance, the structures and everything surrounding you. Imagine being in 4 malls in one area.

But there also is the popular Mall of Asia that is amongst the top 10 malls in the Philippines. The location being by the bay is by far the top most reason why it is sought for. The view especially during sunset is amazing. The area is quite large that one cannot actually go from one end to another without taking a break. By night time it is mostly full near the back with all the restaurants, may be termed as the "gimmick spot".

Worth mentioning are the malls that also are amongst the top 10 malls: SM MegaMall, Trinoma, Edsa Shangri-La, Robinson's Galleria, Gateway. And though not included therein, and I wonder why not maybe my source of the top 10is not the latest, are the malls in Global City, the malls in Alabang the Town Center and Festival Mall.

There are no better way to know how right am I than for you to personally see them. Come visit the Malls in the Philippines if you are really fond of shopping. And as my tourist friends say...they are way cheaper than those in the west though almost of the same kind. What can you say about this co-Filipino shoppers?

FUN OUTSIDE

Are you a nature person as I am? Then I guarantee that you will have fun as I will in having Hoseasons log cabins. It is a dream come true to be able to wake up in the morning with the sound of nature surrounding you or even to smell the heady scent of the earth all day. And best of all, to see the wonders of creation and have fun with it all through out your vacation.

Just the thought of walking through the countryside at early dawn gives me the excitement I have always felt in anticipation of such an outing. How can anyone miss the thrills of being outside? There are varied ideas of fun for an individual, a couple, a family or a group of friends. Some prefers lounging by the pool but some opts more to being in the water kayaking or surfing. Some would go trekking or some mountain climbing. But most of us definitely would love to be in this dream of having fun outside...though with differing plans of making it worthwhile.

How true? I guess it is a reality that everyone can attest to. ..that it is rare to find a woman who have had only one love affair because once experienced, it is something to crave for already.

Almost everyone, men and women alike have changed through times. Especially when it comes to relationships. If centuries ago it will be a once in a lifetime to be involved with someone, now it is not. Even engagement almost do not warrant 100% assurance that it will end up in the altar...that in between now and that ceremony something suddenly comes up that leads to breaking up. In fact, sad to say, even after the should-be "forever bond" of marriage, couples separate. Couples decides to try it with another, though a forbidden act.

How nice it is to think of those centuries ago men and women who values commitment, and gives high regard to relationships. The preservation of oneself for that deserving man to marry is almost non-existent nowadays. It may be what MOST do...still it is something MOST men still hopes for.

BUT there still exist some women who NEVER had one love affair...only they are too rare that its hard to find where they are anymore plus the fact that they do not consider it an advantage over others believing they are not into the trend thus keeps it to themselves.

Are you among the millions that can't stop fidgeting since the NFL season started? Now is the time to stop the fuss and get your tickets for the most awaited games.

And it's so easy, without the need to wake yourself up at the most unholy hour just so you get to be the first in line in getting yourself a pass. Like if you're dying to see the Washington Redskins, they will be at the FedEx Field start the 28th of November. Or you cannot miss the Broncos vs Rams at the Invesco Field. Even the New England Patriots who will be at the Gillette Stadium and Indianapolis Colts at the Lucas Oil Stadium. At the comfort of your home you can see the schedule, and have a ticket, no sweat!

And please...you cannot await all those excitement in your television!!! Imagine being in the last few seconds on the clock, the pressure is high, everybody on their feet as the ball get tossed near the goal...and all of a sudden there is this truly unfortunate disruption and you missed that interception and the immediate goal. It all came back and you just heard the anchorman declaring the win after that tie. Frustrating! There is no choice better than being there with the crowd, cheering...seeing everything and joining the next days recounting.

So what's the wait? Be the first to look at the schedule and be the first to have the ticket!

Whoa, that was fast! The last I posted was music monday, and now it's monday again?!

How time flies by. There are times that I think that maybe God is truly making it go so fast nowadays. It's not so before. The 5 minutes seems to be just a minute ago. Though when you stare at the clock...it just ticks as it ticks before. Still...

Just as I posted in my earthy me, TIME IS COMING TO ITS END. I know so. Basing it from the words of God, we are at the very door. That "at the ends of time" means AFTER WORLD WAR(that was 1947), and that one of the the signs, earthquakes, are being witnessed everyday already from different parts of the world, hunger and famine we also bear witness...and so many others that started only the past years. All kinds of calamities and accidents that destroys life and shakes our awareness, varying diseases and destruction in man's health, the very fast growth of knowledge! ITS COMING IS BEING MADE KNOWN TO EVERYONE...hope we all heed the warning.

I don't know what gotten into me...I just suddenly have these thoughts and my fingers just types the words. I'm suppose to write down about music monday. THE MOST AWAITED FIGHT FINALLY CAME...
and as expected, the BEST BOXER EVER, Manny Paquiao took home his 8th belt!

The 5 inches height difference that has given some people doubts for the champ to win yet again has been put to rest the very first round as Pacquio started giving Margarito raining arrays of punches. A jab from Margarito comes back 3-5 combination punches in return from Pacquio. If he tries to cover his face with his gloves he gets blows in his ears or jaws. The known speed of Paquiao probably was known to him but he still obviously was not prepared to that reality when he get blow after blow either in his face or his body. That speed also made it difficult for him to trap Pacquio completely when corned in the ropes, the same way did the famous footwork of right and left after throwing a punch for him NOT to always give back a retribution to a punch he got. No wonder ratio of punches was counted 474 to 229.

Margarito may have been able to get scores somehow but to the last round, Pacquio did not have obvious markings of those punches received as he does with the a big cut in his right cheek that was excessively swollen to have prompted the referee to check his vision a couple of times as it almost closed his right eye. His left eye looked swollen as well. In totality, he looks mighty beaten to a pulp! David was "black and blue" beaten by Goliath! In reality, Pacquiao was noticed to be giving signs and telling the referee to stop the fight to spare Margarito permanent damage. In his very words, “I told the referee look at his eyes, look at his cuts,” and revealing that he is a boxer with a heart unlike the others that have the so called killer instinct or the unquenchable thirst to look high and mighty he says, “I did not want to damage him permanently. That's not what boxing is about.”

But let's give credit to Margarito's stamina. He was able to stay standing through it all. Yes there were times that he staggers, even sways to the point of almost being knocked down as he received an earth shattering right punch from the champ, but still he made it to the last round. Still, the "Tornado" was tamed to just "Typhoon"...or maybe just rain to Paquiao's measure. One thing that people might remember him for is the courage he have shown...as he have said, “There was no way I was going to quit. I'm a Mexican, we fight until the end.” And now he is among all the mexican boxers that Paquiao had deluded the hopes of winning.

Nothing can surpass the hail given to our very own Filipino Boxer Manny Paquiao. Imagine him to be the VERY FIRST to have EIGHT BELTS!!! We truly are proud of him...but in truth, we also fear for him. As much as we love seeing him prove time and again that he is the best, most are hoping he will finally decide that this is his last fight!

I did fall in love with Michael Jay Fox, thanks to his Back To The Future movies by Steven Spielberg. I remember dreaming about him. Funny but true. I was captivated by those eyes...and his cute nose. But more so for his character probably, me being just a mere high school student still that time.It's nice to watch old movies because it makes you feel like turning back time to when you have first seen it. A sense of Dejavu. Like at this time of the Back To The Future, I can almost feel the wooden floor of that place we used to rent since I used to love watching as I lay on the floor.

Now, I'm creating memories for the new movies I am watching. But I can never forget those that I have loved years and years ago...including the splendid actors (wink!)

PLAY WITH "FIRE"

Maybe the title is a bit attention getting hahaha. Actually this is a little game pertaining to the word or notion of "fire" which I got from dear friend Risma of Female Stuff. I find it a nice read when you wanted to know a person a little bit more...from how she/he thinks, I believe. Here's how it is for me:

1. You are stranded on a desert island. There is only one match left in the matchbox. What would you use it for?
Make myself a bonfire that can warm me up, drive away insects/mosquitos and animals that's having thoughts on making me its dinner and try my luck in being found using it as my SOS blinking light.

2. Do you burn bridges in relationships?
Not really...maybe in the first few months, but can rekindle the fire BUT as friends. I don't hold grudges for those men in my life.

3. Name one thing you'd like to set on fire today.
I'm not really fond of fire...it's destructive. Unless I'll be cooking in the grill yummmm!

4. Have you ever burned a cupcake?
Never tried cooking one hahaha.

5. If you had your choice and could change nature's ways, instead of smoke and lava, what should spew out of volcanoes?
Just clouds or mist or fog ;) Nothing to hurt others.

6. When is the last time you used a Fire Extinguisher?
Haven't used ever...thank God!

7. Have you ever known anyone with a fiery uncontrollable temper? How did you handle it?
Yeah, and it's hard to be within hearing distance with them...it tests ones patience and control. I try to be calm and not meet that person head-on. I met a lot of those kinds during my time working in a hospital as well, sick people are often grumpy and hot tempered...thus I had a lot of practice controlling my emotions and being a guiding light to ease off their temper. (wink!)

8. You are with your significant other. What song are you singing around the campfire?
Through The Fire by Chaka Chan?! Hehehe.

9. What is the one thing you'd gladly leave IN your house in case of fire.
Not a thing. Hope I never get the opportunity to think and decide about this!!! It's a devastating instance in ones life...and whenever I hear about such in the news I always remember "hell" and how it sucks to be there and not ever being able to get out. Right?

10. When is the last time you got fiery fighting mad?
I'm not the type...I get hurt more than get mad. But you'll see the unusual me getting uptight when my daughter gets hurt and the one looking after her is at fault!

11. Do you believe in hell?
Definitely! I believe in the Bible and hell is in the bible!

12. Do you or have you ever smoked?
Not anymore but I did before...

I'M BACK!!! And yes, Thanks to Smartbro...No Thanks to PLDT!

After years of being with the legendary PLDT, oldest Telco in the Philippines, I finally decided that they have lost their touch! Their system possibly cannot cope with the technological advancement (or maybe the management is lacking in managing skills already?! whatever!)...that they could not meet the expectations of the majority of their clients.

To make the long story short, we simply got fed up with the monthly complaints we have to raise and the frequent errors they make most especially concerning the billing. They may be the very first in the business, but they definitely is not the only ones existing now. And the others are getting competitive. And so, choosing among the ones existing today...I am now trying the best there is (according to most friends, that is) when it comes to my connections. SMARTBRO tops the others. Globe according to some friends nearby is almost the same as Sun, signal not that good. Even their telephone lines have problems.

And so here I am pleased that as per friends having Smartbro for their connections you only lose a signal if there is a great typhoon to intercept it, there is no problem encountered when it comes to their billing, and the speed is not at all slow. I guess I can say it is commendable...THAT IS, FOR THE 2ND DAY THAT I HAVE IT. Hope I can still say this in the coming years.

I apologize for that…but they really do suck! This is not the first time I have written about this, simply because it is not the first time that they have done this to me…or to others I know actually. Those I know actually transferred to those with less quality with regards to speed but with a much, much better system than PLDT.

Imagine them cutting my line including my dsl because the payment made did not register in their system?! Is it my fault that the people the hired were incompetent to post a payment?! I am not even late with the payment. And the next time I get a bill, the payment have not been acknowledged, and after forever trying to call them and have LSS (last song syndrome) with the machine saying “your call is important to us…blah blah” they still could not be reached and making me suffer with NOT HAVING NET CONNECTION OR PHONE LINE!!! And what, the paid monthly bill is not giving me what I paid for, a month’s worth of using the net. And guess what they will do upon learning of this…they will just apologize and reconnect after a week or 3days the least (if the one who you will be able to talk to is not moron enough to recognize the need to ensure “priority” reconnection) and that’s that! SORRY? FOR NOT PROVIDING THE PROPER SERVICE? You feel robbed of the payments you made because they don’t even have the heart to make up for it and wave the days of payment versus the days they have not given you service. WELL MAYBE THEY ARE DOING THESE THINGS PURPOSELY. Robbers!

But who are they in their real world?

Kris Aquino is a previous president's daughter, someone who strived and reached the best of her potentials, a believer, a mother of two children and a hopeless romantic.
She have seen the in and out of politics, her dad slain because of it, her mom the icon for "people power" and her brother now he President of the Philippines.

She have been in show business for years. You can see her in the movies, in the television in most commercials and as host (best as talk show host/game shows, i believe)...SHE IS RICH in her own right! Worth millions in a week.

James Yap known to basketball fanatics only prior to his relationship with Kris Aquino. He earned his fame in the world of sports. He is said to be having a salary of P205,000, earning about P4 Million a year. He is said to be simple and quiet.

He is simple in the sense that he was not born in the city, but in the province. His family are simple. He was raised simple.

He has been proven quiet with his "no comments" for the rumors of infidelity, problems within the relationship. After his marriage with Aquino he started being known to more people being the husband of a celebrity. But he is not the type to share personal information specially with regards to their relationship whereabouts.

NOW THE COUPLE IS SEPARATED. They said to have tried. There has been gossips of other women but both decided to keep the reason for the separation private. They are hurting...but two children are hurting the most. There has been no pre-nuptial agreement before the exchange of vows and this is the most controversial issue with the separation. It is not limited to men alone, because women watches sports as well. Yes that's true, and it's not always "because my boyfriend loves the BCS National Championship, that's why I am watching it with him", or that my 4 brothers are insanely in love with Wisconsin Badgers Football therefore will be at Camp Randal as well.

Women enjoy watching the game too. May be because that woman have her own reasons such as having the hots for quarterback Ben Roethlisberger of the Pittsburgh Steelers therefore is seen again at the Heinz Field awaiting his comeback, or is an avid fan of the Virginia Cavaliers thus unsurprisingly in front seats of the Scott Stadium this October 16, 2010 - November 13, 2010 or probably simply because it is in her veins...that she simply love to watch sports. May it be football, basketball, soccer, or whatever manly games...women also watch them!

HEAD CRACKING HEADACHE

I woke up this morning at 8am with a splitting headache. I simply can't believe why after a good sleep I get that instead of wonderful refreshed feeling...

...until I remembered sleeping at 3am after almost a whole day of watching TV. Well actually it's not TV but my addiction to finish up all the seasons of Grey's Anatomy that I have just started last week. Usually my eyes get hooked to it for 6 straight hours, but yesterday I think I over did it. I mean me and my sister did, haha. But I wonder why it's just me having these constant headaches?! In fact thinking about it I am having headaches and popping up Ponstan Sf 500mg (Mefenamic Acid) about 2-3x a week.

Duh! I hope I don't have brain tumor or something!!! (o-oh too much of the hospital stuffs now, thanks to Grey's A.)

It is not everyday that you get to entertain relatives or friends coming from other countries. It's something to look forward to since it is the time to SHOW OFF your country and how much you know how to make their stay worthwhile.

AND YOU SIMPLY HAVE TO KNOW HOW!!!

Where to start? First off, you have to dig up your memory as to what your visitors enjoys to do the most. You can't ask them "what do you want to do?" or "what do you want to see?" YOU HAVE TO KNOW what will interest them since they probably will not know what best to do and the excitement of being there might make them a little scatterbrain. Secondly, you have to know where to go, when and where will there be entertainment your guest will appreciate.

Like if you are in New York and your are expecting a Michael Buble fan to be visiting come November, you would know that you have to be at the Madison Square Garden on the 28th, a Sunday at 8:00 pm because he will be there and you get to let your guest see where this very popular Madison Square Garden is. Or perhaps you are in Washington and this time your guest fantasizes to watch America's Got Talent live, you would know that you have to show off and be one of the many who will be at D.A.R. Constitution Hall on a Thursday, November 4, 2010, at 7:30 pm.

THERE IS JUST SO MUCH TO SEE AT SO LITTLE TIME each time we are new to a place. And usually when we have guests, it is advisable to have itinerary. I know If I will be visiting my cousins in San Diego I would love to see all the places they frequent, what's in or out for the Filipino's there, at the same time witness my favorite artists that I used to see only in TV if just in time for my visit they will have concerts in certain places I can visit as well. Or if I go to my friends in Chicago I also would love to do anything and everything that I can boast to our other friends left back home that we went to.

IT IS EASY TO BE THE BEST HOST if you know the 3 W's: what is there to see, when and where.

"A material, a material...a material WORLD"...do I really have to sing Madonna's popular Material Girl?

It is too much of an embarrassment to be after material things, to be concerned with such, to be bothered with it...BUT THEN WE CAN ALL HONESTLY SAY THAT LIFE IS NOT GETTING EASIER TO LIVE. In fact it seems that no matter who we give authority to rule our country, or no matter how industrious you are it can be termed a CANCER OF THE WORLD. There simply is no cure to the financial problems we see everywhere. But we need finances to live, right?!

The world over is witnessing the immense destruction man created...the natural disasters due to pollution that started with the illegal loggings, dynamite fishings, technological advancement and the like; the worrisome famine that is affecting our co-creations just because the others are getting more and more greedy to have everything to ones own advantage; that no matter what angle you look, the blame has to be pointed back to man. And who suffers? Man still!

Today we don't see everyone in grave danger of dying of hunger, we see only the poor. But how long will it last? Soon...each and everyone of us will be amongst the unfortunate creations that should have been the most fortunate for being given the chance to live above any other creation. We will be like anybody or anything else...NOTHING!

What we are seeing and experiencing today is just a prick of how it would be...

...and honestly this world concern is getting to be bothersome. I pity, I fear, but I hope that the life after will not be worse than it already is FOR EVERYBODY.

I have been receiving spam from my comment moderation's, and good thing I have them held for approval. I ADVICE YOU TO DO THE SAME. It was brought to my attention that they are most likely the reasons that pulls down one's PR and may be the ones causing virus. So why not just delete them, I do!!!

But what of those that leave comments anonymously? I have been receiving some lately, and truth is, I have not published them NOR deleted them yet. WHAT CAN YOU TELL ME ABOUT IT? Any advice? Since I can;t see the site of whoever wrote them, I can't really know if it's a spammer or what....

People naturally varies in choices. We were created to like different things, in different intensity and in different combination's. I believe we were created to be such to avoid havoc!!! Imagine everyone loving magic and illusions...and the whole community racing in line to get David Copperfield Tickets?! Whoa! Stampede! If in my days I am seen to be watching the Super Friends all the time waiting for my favorite Wonderwoman and the WonderTwins together with Batman, Robin, Spiderman, the Hulk and so much more... for the kids of today its the Super Hero Squad Show.

My little Anya (who is not so little anymore) is amongst the many who goes gaga over it. She tried her best not to miss a show in the morning and its replay in the afternoon. Or if ever she does, she will asked to be put on the internet and watch some shows in YouTube.

And your ears will continue to ring with her constant reiteration of what went on with "whoopsie" or her favorite of them all, the Hulk; with her next in line favorite Ironman or with Captain America or even "wolvie" the famous Wolverine. She simply love these marvel heroes in their early years! They are kid-heroes.

SALUTE to whoever thought of making these heroes be more true to life for them...kids just like them!

And of course, she can't wait for the products to come out with her heroes. As of the present, there's only shirts available. Wonder when the mugs and toys will be available on the market!? Though its actually out in the ther countries...the reason she's been hoping to get in touch with her aunts and uncles there real sooooooon haha.

I honestly love going to concerts to somehow ease off the stressful routine of work, home, work, home. I used to go to jazz concerts and pop concerts...but that was years ago. Because instead of relaxing, I get doubly stressed with the hundreds of people before me waiting for turn for the ticket booth to finally hand you over your ticket. You fall in line for more hours than you actually watching the 2 hour show!!! This is one reason I am truly excited to hear about this online concert tickets. Imagine having fun without getting pissed with the line?!

The same goes for my friends problem with the NBA games. I have friends who love the Chicago Bulls, some the L.A. Lakers and some loving the UTAH Jazz…but all of them complains every time it’s their turn to get the ticket for the group. Company sports fests are great diversion to routine work, work and work. Nice to have fun with collegues and friends for a few days, at the same time prove yourself a little better than your usual you (wink!)

Sissy won 2nd place in the Billiards Women's division in this multi-national company sportsfest, and I say IT'S A REAL GOOD GAME. It's the damn hard 9-Ball game and the score was tied to 8-8. Well, that's how she lost it, one slip. But that's the hardest part...the frustration after wards knowing that YOU COULD HAVE WON FIRST if only...!!! And "during" would be the heart bursting tension.

I tell you, I'm so proud of our Jo! She's great!

It's freaking hard to decide what gown to come-up with for the whole entourage!!! Simply because there are thousands of ideas. If only I can wear them all, haha.

And it did not end with our gown, as brides maids...Now, I'm thinking of what's the nicest for our flower girls. My best friend Mimi's been asking for advices for her wedding from the start, and I am truly touched to be a real part of it. Her sister Elai, her maid of honor, is as confused as I am which is the "bestest" among the bests!

They simply are like angels in pretty dresses that I can't begin to think how to make them look real but not violate their cute-ness haha.

Life is truly unpredictable. One moment you're in heaven and the next moment you fell down back to earth!!!

Just a few months back I have seen Willie Revillame being interviewed atop his yacht discussing his wealth in comparison to multimillionaire Manny Pacquiao. He is trying not to lay down his cost, but the theme of the show is to let people know that Willie Revillame is worth millions. A few months after, the reason for his millions, for who Willie Revillame is decided that he is NOT WORTHY OF IT ALL.

ABS-CBN have made him who he is and in return was given what they do not deserve, disrespect. And surprisingly, Revillame even had the guts to file complaint against them IN COURT!!! And what does he get from being the ungrateful bas..rd that he is??? A counterclaim of P486 MIllion. Probably every peso given him by the same network who have given him high regard and made him the highest paid celebrity BUT to which he did not value.

How can a man be so self serving? Ingratitude is something that surprises me each time. I hope we learn from this...imagine losing your millions just because you head blew out of proportions?!

See the authenticity through Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) if and when you want to work abroad. If for migrations, go to the embassies of the country you are eyeing to live your life at. ACCEPT THE FACT THAT LIFE IS GETTING MORE AND MORE FILLED WITH THE EVILNESS THAT IS SAID TO COME IN THE LAST DAYS...

Life is again slowing down for me...not the fast pace I lived last few weeks ago...way too fast that I had no time doing the proper bonding for my little angel, to watch a movie, to relax a little with my book reading...in short, NOT THE LIFE I WANT.

Now I'm back to taking things in the right perspective. My heart grew big once again since I was back to serving my God at church and church activities. I am giving the right amount of time for my kid and my love ones. In fact I was able to visit my paternal grand mom whom I have not seen for quite so long.

Life is way to important to let it go past us with work, work, work. We should WORK TO LIVE and not LIVE TO WORK!

GO AWAY VIRUS!!!

The FLU VIRUS is spreading all over. The Department of Health actually raised voice over it already warning people to be extra careful with themselves in avoiding direct contact with those infected and those with it to avoid passing it on.

Unlucky me got it a few weeks ago, passed it on to my kiddo and now her yaya got it from her. It is communicable and so pretty easy to get since the particles float in the air from coughing or sneezing. I tried to control the spread, honest, I separated myself by transferring room, spraying disinfectant Lysol to wherever I go, cover my mouth as often as I can (especially when I cough or sneeze) and wash my hands as frequently as I can...and still little ones get them far easily than adults. I doubled her vitamin C as well but I guess her immune system is not as strong as it should be.

Gladly, we're both on the recuperation stage. What to avoid next...is having it again by exposing ourselves to crowded places. And this time it's not just the flu virus, even the sore eyes that's said to be following it's footsteps in increasing prevalence, and the scary dengue fever. Ooooh why is it that ailments are getting more and more pronounced these days?

GETTING BETTER

After a week of hell coughing and sniffing...in addition to chills with fever and body aches...I finally am getting better. Influenza virus seems to be simple, yet it's still a pest when you get to have it. Especially when you were treated but given not the right meds. It tend to get worse, I found out. And so the supposed 2-3 days stretched to a week...in fact it is the second week and I am still not breathing normally. Still feeling like being strangled a little and coughs every few minutes.

My real problem now is that my little one got it from me as well as her yaya. They both are feeling real bad. And where does that leave me? Absence from work.

It always gives us a little thrill to hear it first time within the year the "ber" in the present month.

Yes it is septemBER now...and that is the beginning of our countdown to the most awaited month of the year, DECEMBER. Everybody seems to wait for that season, the season to be jolly. The season when it's cold and more cuddly. The season when we feel more the spirit of loving.

I guess it's within the culture, but for me, I care not so long as it makes people a bit more on the brighter side of things. Everyday we wake up to the same routine, but soon it'll be a little different. There will be festivities, there will be more partying, there will be more seeing old friends and long lost relatives that appears suddenly in your doorstep saying hello.

Wonder now...can we not do this all year round? We can make a difference...we can start doing this anytime, anyday. After all everyday is a day to celebrate. A day to celebrate LIFE!!!

HOSTAGE DRAMA SCRUTINIZED

Since monday, August 23, 2010, this Hostage Drama has been the talk of everyone. The whole country actually have witnessed the 10 hour stiff situation minute by minute as it was covered LIVE by the media. The hostage taker, a dismissed Senior Inspector, have taken control of a tourist bus that was said to have 22 Hong Kong nationals and 3 Filipinos. According to Inquirer.net "Mendoza was relieved from his post as chief of the Mobile Patrol Unit in 2008 for his alleged involvement in drug-related crimes and extortion, and was demanding to be reinstated, police said." This reason made him act inappropriately, but seeing the capture of his brother and other relatives on TV, as it is televised, produced a violent reaction.

It has been a tragic ending with the gunman shot dead and some hostages killed or badly wounded. But what was continuously being scrutinized about is the way the negotiations was taken care of and how the PNP (Philippine National Police) handled the hostile situation. It has taken them almost half a day to deal with it and still with a tragic ending. Are they to blame for their lack of gadgets when they disregarded the SOP of "going in" the moment they threw the teargas? Why did they when they knew that they cannot? Did they actually assumed that what the driver who escaped blurted out that "Patay na lahat" ("Everybody's dead") is true therefore believed that it's the next best thing they can do to make the gunman come out instead of them going in, and just "sorry" if there are still survivors to bear the pain of being teared gas? What of their plans? What happened to the practice they did a few kilometers away from the scene? They can't even open the bus door or break all the windows. Will it be more confusing to the hostage taker if they break the windows in all sides all together than just concentrating on one side at a time?

We pity the hostages, but maybe it's also a pity that the hostage taker were not given enough reason or way to calm down and give-up peacefully. What can the negotiators say about this? And the media? Yes, they have the freedom of expression, and the viewers have the right to know what's happening..BUT sensitive situations like this needs an open mind. They can air it after if they want, but not during when the hostage taker can be watching. He knows every movement and every plan of the PNP. He sees everything that has been done and hears what he shouldn't hear. Everybody can agree with me that this aggravated the situation.

As a president, what could you have done while you yourself witness this in your own television? Does presidents have the right to instruct in cases that his people are obviously in chaos? What do you think?

GOT A FLU

The common cough that I thought turned out to be an Influenza Virus. I kept wondering where or who passed it on to me. Just as Wikepedia described it:

Influenza, commonly referred to as the flu, is an infectious disease caused by RNA viruses of the family Orthomyxoviridae (the influenza viruses), that affects birds and mammals. The most common symptoms of the disease are chills, fever, sore throat, muscle pains, severe headache, coughing, weakness/fatigue and general discomfort.

I felt all those said above and more. My clogged nose became running nose and with that is a sore throat because of the post nasal drip. My cough became a pest since I can't utter a word that do not make me cough. I can't breathe much anymore. It's now a dry cough though but painful to my throat even more, and due to its persistence made me develop muscular discomfort to my sides and belly. That is in addition to my aches and pains that goes from my back and legs to my jaw/teeth. Grrrr! It's irritating I tell you!

Since it is infectious or contagious...I am confining myself in my bedroom to avoid passing it on to my kid and other housemates. In fact I am followed by Lysol wherever I go to disinfect. Yes, I am on a sick leave. Lucky them since they are safe from getting the flu from me, but then...I really have no choice. I can't very well accept calls (being in a call center) and not irate my callers with my frequent coughing or putting them on hold while I do just that every few seconds. They might file even a complaint to the company for allowing me to work while in such a state.

Hoping though that the 2-3 days rest given me by my doctor can be just 2 and that I can go back to work tom. Anyway, the medicine given me is an Anti-tussive, made to help stop coughing. And I believe to be getting better because the fever just comes and goes and not continuously every 2-4 hrs. Then again, now as I write this, I am feeling a little cold when it is actually warm as my daughter complains to put the fan on high. So, wish me luck!

THROAT ITCH

Just last friday, all I'm complaining about is that I'm dead tired. That I'd like to have complete rest this weekend. Now I guess the stress of the past few weeks have taken toll on me. My nostrils are clogged and my throat itching last nite...this morning I heard myself coughing.

O-oh I need to get rid of this ASAP! Or I'll end up putting my callers on hold to release my thunderous cough. What more, I'm afraid to pass the germs to my kiddo who will have harder time having them than me. And of course, that means I also will have the hardest time making it all okay for her.

Grrrr...I hate these viral infections!!!

WORDS OF APPRECIATION

It is in my nature to appreciate, and voice it out knowing it will add to have a better day to the recipient. After all, I love hearing such myself so why not do so to others as well?!

One chance I had was yesterday when a dear friend hitched me home from church. I love his car, and love the inside even more with the wood dash that he had installed. The twinkle in his eyes just with a mere word of appreciation is worth the wait I did when he had to stop by a shop to buy something. The totality is actually so manly that I feel like overstepping his domain. The plush leather seat, the musky scent of his perfume, the tiny things around is all too male.

Sometimes I wonder if I can be somewhat of a man loving those boy-toys like the car and their manly accessories.

I have never in my life played in a casino. In fact, I never played any game that needs betting. I can say that I am virgin to that sort of things. And the curious me do not stop me from knowing what others find thrilling and exciting. I love hearing different stories of people on how they live their lives. I simply love to see the differences in each one of us.

And this new friend we call Chase is someone yet another character that I fortunately came across. He loves poker games. I am not sure if he ever did Paypal casinos but he said to play poker games online. Once when we went outing with the group, he even bought his bag of chips for them to play cards with. I'm an interested observant, I admit. I do not actually sit within the round table with them but enjoys watching them have fun for hours.

Years ago, I worked in residential resort and the town prior is one of the most seeked place for a slot game. Some of my colleagues then used to come in late the next morning with either slaps in the back or a better-luck-next-time greeting. I used to wonder about these free slots, and if it will guarantee a smile more in their faces. Maybe those no deposit casino bonuses will for some.

I guess, I am amongst those who are stuck with kids games than adult games. Card games like Crazy Eight, Forty four and Monkey-monkey are the ones that I still play up until today ;) How about you? Care to share your "fun" game?

It's been a month now since I last slept...well, the sleep that I want, that is. The complete 8-9 hours of sleep that my system craves for. Because since then I've been sleeping 4 hours most of the time, sometimes as small as 2 hours and the maximum is 5. Ohhhh how I wish I can sleep for 2 days straight without battling an eyelash, eat, bathe, then sleep again for another 2 days.

But I guess all I can really have is to sleep this weekend twice, a day and nite nap. Wish me luck!

It was in the late 80's when I loved this guy. With his "Ice ice baby" he was made known to me. I became one of the HipHops because of him. I remember going to the Heartbeat Disco in Quezon Avenue till 4am then inspired by this rapper. I can say I was among the "party people" and is commonly found in those discos almost every night. Glad I decided not to go to Ozone the time it burned down to ashes, or I'll be among those ashes now.

I have not heard of Vanilla Ice for so long now, until I've heard of this tv series he will be starring at come September. Entitled Vanilla Ice project simply means he is the main character. I am yet to know what it's about...but so far, I have only heard of negative comments over it. Especially with a certain stunt he did that is not supposed to be in that shoot. He inside a car that goes over the river...have you seen it? This series...will it be a flop? I can't tell, I used to go gaga over his movie Cool As Ice...love him there. But people are reacting...what's your reaction?

HEY THERE!

Yey I'm back! And I tell you...it's been one helluva week for me. Adjustments with my new this and that in life coupled with sleepless nights and worry-some days. But hey, I'm okay!

My li'l one's finally done with her mouth sore...that actually is the worse trial. Seeing her in such a state!!! Whew!

So now I'm back trying to settle in again with my routine and blogging. One thing that I'm having trouble with is REMEMBERING MY PASSWORDS! Duh!? Imagine me changing them weeks ago and now not sure what they were...argh! I've got to find them all to be able to access and see possible opps!!!

What's worst...my internet connection is not back yet. Thanks to PLDT!!! They're back to pissing me off again with their system. They just can't figure out a way to update their files with the right thing! Monthly I'm back to the main office asking how come the payment is not being acknowledged... and they'll be cutting my line!!! GRRRRRRRRR! And it's been a bloody whole week that they promised to reconnect!

So here I am renting just so I can check my100 thousand pending mails...and well, of course there always is the pull blogger have on me, hihihi!

Hopefully, by tomorrow I'll be able to do this at home where I should be at right this moment.

It's been a week since I last posted and many of you probably wonders "where the hell is jenie?"

No worries, I am still breathing and is not forgetting for one single moment that I am remiss with my postings...moreso with revisiting friends. I have just been ultimately busy to the point of toxicity that it feels like I'm hit by a truck already.

First of are the sleepless nights when my kiddo got admitted in a hospital for possible dehydration since she have been having diarrhea and on and off fever for more than 2 weeks. It was then diagnosed as Typhoid fever which I can point only to CHOWKING to which is the only other place other than home that I fed her with. As we were adjusting back in our house for recuperation, I was called to the work I have applied for months ago and have been asking them to give me more time. It has been almost 6 months time and I think it's more than enough consideration already and so agreed to do the medical and sign the contract. And what time schedule do I have? Night shift. But I have been expecting that, it being a call center. Yeah, yeah I am joining the craze and would love to try and know why everybody else seems to make it a goal to be in one. Too bad that during this first week of adjustment stage, kiddo again got sick. Probably since her immune system is still not back to normal, the colds and cough virus circulating at home got into her. Fever, colds, cough and mouth sores are just way too irritatingly disturbing.

So where does that leave me? Next to nothing sleep, rest can be defined with being in the toilet or bath, and NO TIME TO BLOG.

Luckily today (or is it?!), after a 2 hour sleep from last night's shift (came home at dawn), kiddo decided to cut short her sleep to a mere four hours and as always wakes me up as well...and as I let her tire her eyes to make her sleepy again...I'm here to at least let you know that I'm still alive and kicking. And I promise to post more come weekend.

Yes, it was my birthday yesterday, June 30th...and I can say that among the best gifts I ever had, FRIENDS are as treasured as my love ones. And friends in the blogosphere are nothing less than my circle of friends in the real world.

And one of those friends is the very dear David of Basic Blogonomics who have once again touched the sentimental me. I am honestly easy to please, and please he did with not just a greeting but a post about me and my birthday. Just him remembering it adds joy in my special day...

The much awaited change in the country is finally taking effect with the very first step, having a new president!

Newly elected President Benigno "Noynoy" Cojuanco Aquino III is at present at the Quirino Grandstand for his Inaguration. The people who are witnessing the event has cheered and clapped their hands the moment late president Mrs. Macapagal-Arroyo has turned over the position to President Noynoy Aquino.

It is a chance we are all taking for the most awaited change and may this hope continue to flourish along with prayers for his success. After all, it is not for the president, but for the people!

MUST HAVE WOOD DASH

I have always loved driving...more so with such wonderful looking cars that makes it satisfying to even just sit and let everyone stare!!! And I'm not talking only of the exterior beauty but as well as the interior. Imagine having accessories that will be an envy to other car owners, one of which is a wood dash to take your breath away.

It may be an elegantly dressed car like the Cadillac to the sporty Range Rover; it always is not enough to have it as it is when you can be unique over others to have this and that. You can decorate it to your personality, you can put signature items defining you...and most definitely having a dash as superb as what I have in mind makes you the better over other Hammers or MB's.

I am truly sorry for being away for so long, friends. Amongst so many things, one of the reasons of it is that my PC broke down. And it took my technician friend forever to finally have time to take a look why it just suddenly became "BLANK SCREEN". Finally...after weeks of hoping I can have my baby back...I FINALLY HAD IT BACK, and I'm here. Thank God.

I don't know how to say thank you to everyone who has been there still. I guess it'll just be
